Viktor’s team provided a very professional and thorough service in converting my loft into two bedrooms + a bathroom, and then went onto increasing the size of my living room, by knocking down a brick partition wall, then plastering and painting accordingly. The team carried out the work cost effectively and tidily. They worked in a clean manner, were considerate to my needs (I work from home), were never late to work (always started work at 8:30am, in line with noisy work regulations) & worked the whole day, without unprofessional number of breaks that many other builders take. They started and finished the work on time and were very flexible to my requests, and changes in plans. Recommended!!

We had a large project done. Double-storey extension with a lot of steelwork, completely change the roof. All internal works, including decor on top of obvious plumbing and electrics, etc… all was done very well, up to a very high standard. Specifically, we were pleased with the following: 1. No budget creep – Victor (the owner) quoted the price and delivered it within the budget. 2. I was particularly pleased that the owner was on site every day in the morning and in the evening to check the progress 3. They handled build control all by themselves. Will be happy to hire them again for any kind of job.
